Guarantee Disclaimer

Nationwide Tax Care will refund monies paid under its Client Services Agreement for the Investigation Phase of services within the first 15 calendar days of the client’s signature of the Client Services Agreement without any penalty or obligation. This money-back guarantee ONLY applies to the fee paid towards the Investigation Phase of services and NOT for fees paid for any additional services beyond the Investigation Phase.
